Hmmm, not sure if I caught any "new details," and I'm sure some details are being withheld. I'm also thinking that when this baby comes of age, she might have a viable lawsuit.
After the lady was surrounded by police officers with guns drawn my first thoughtt was they haven't got her boxed in with their vehicles. Surely it should have dawned on a couple of them to get in their cars and cut off her escape route(s). Two less guns being pointed at her would make little difference. The only conclusion that I can come to is that nobody was in charge and the officers went into panic mode. Shooting her dead after she gets out of her car is inexplicable.
