Extreme road rage

State police in Kentucky are investigating an extreme case of road rage. A driver opened his window, pointed a gun at another driver and opened fire. It was caught on video, which police used to arrest the alleged gunman, a medical doctor with a checkered professional history. 360's Gary Tuchman has the story.

Rep. Huelskamp: "We are very unified"

Arizona Republican Congressman Tim Huelskamp spoke to Anderson and made the case for funding some government programs and not others. He also voiced his frustrations about working with Democrats who he says "are opposed to anything unless they get everything."

Rep. Grimm: "I want to see the government turned back on"

New York Congressman Michael Grimm is a moderate Republican who wants to see Congress vote on a resolution that ends the shutdown. He spoke to Anderson and acknowledged some disagreements within the GOP, but he also called on President Obama to "show some leadership."

Shutdown frustrations

Washington's World War II memorial has become one of the frontlines for anger over the government shutdown. Days ago, a group of veterans defied the barricades to visit the monument that pays tribute to their service. Tempers reached a boiling point today as Texas Congressman Randy Neugebauer confronted a park ranger at the monument. Today's shooting happened in the middle of a government shutdown. That means many of the authorities on Capitol Hill were working without a paycheck.
