Coach suspends entire team

Players who want a spot on Utah's Union High School football team need to do more than just prove themselves on the field. Coach Matt Labrum made it clear that poor grades, cutting class, disrespecting teachers and fellow students is not acceptable. Montana rapist teacher finishes month-long jail sentence

Tomorrow, a former teacher who was convicted of raping his then-14-year-old student is scheduled to walk out of jail in Montana.. after serving only a month. The lenient sentence for Stacey Rambold has received intense criticism, especially after the judge made statements suggesting the young victim was partly to blame because she was "older than her chronological age." Making the story even more tragic, the young victim, Cherice Moralez, isn't here to speak out. She killed herself in 2010 before the case went to trial. Kyung Lah has the latest.

Cherice Moralez's mother Auliea Hanlon spoke to Anderson about Rambold's sentence.

Raw Politics: Cruz's crusade against Obamacare

Senator Ted Cruz launched his 21-hour talk-a-thon to protest Obamacare, but his marathon speech did nothing to stop the vote that may be the first step in  restoring funding to the Affordable Care Act. It also did not stop the clock on a possible government shutdown. While some of his fellow Republicans cheered Senator Cruz from the sidelines, others are speaking out against what he did. That includes New York Congressman Peter King. He explained to Anderson why he called Sen. Cruz a "fraud."

Anderson discussed all of this with host of CNN's Crossfire and former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, Chief Congressional correspondent Dana Bash and senior political analyst David Gergen.

Keeping Them Honest: Rehab Racket Doctors

A year-long investigation by CNN and The Center for Investigative Reporting found widespread fraud in California's drug rehab program, which receives hefty amounts of federal tax-payer dollars. As a result of our investigation, more than a hundred drug rehab centers were suspended with their funding cut off, and others were completely shut down. Our investigation goes beyond just the clinics, but also the doctors who serve as medical directors for the clinics. Drew Griffin has the story.
