Rep. Elijah Cummings: "If we let them get away with this, what will happen next time?"
Maryland Democatic Rep. Elijah Cummings tells Wolf he predicts the government will shutdown. He goes on to say he believes his party is on solid ground in this budget battle. He also defends President Obama's actions in this latest shutdown showdown.
