Rep. Dent: "Our obligation is to fund the government"
Pennsylvania Republican Congressman Charlie Dent tried to lead a revolt within his own party to keep the government from shutting down, without defunding Obamacare. He spoke to Dana Bash about the failed effort, and why the debate over Obamacare will not end with this shutdown battle.
