New York's Attorney General is cracking down on false online reviews, settling cases with 19 companies so far after a sting operation.  What does that mean for the millions of people who rely on sites like Yelp, Cityseach, and Trip Advisor? Frank Bruni, who is a former New York Times restaurant critic weighs in.
