Crime & Punishment: Rapist teacher leaves jail after month-long sentence

A former teacher who admitted to raping his then-14-year-old student walked out of jail in Montana today, after serving only a month. The case is not only drawing outrage because of the light sentence, but also for comments the judge made about the victim. He suggested she was partly to blame, because in his opinion, she seemed "older than her chronological age." The judge later apologized, but now the convicted rapist is a free man. CNN's Kyung Lah has the latest.
