Keeping Them Honest: Rehab Racket Doctors
A year-long investigation by CNN and The Center for Investigative Reporting found widespread fraud in California's drug rehab program, which receives hefty amounts of federal tax-payer dollars. As a result of our investigation, more than a hundred drug rehab centers were suspended with their funding cut off, and others were completely shut down. Our investigation goes beyond just the clinics, but also the doctors who serve as medical directors for the clinics. Drew Griffin has the story.

It was more than obvious that this Medical Director was just saying what he had to say, "to protect himself". He obviously had his hand in the federal funds "Cookie Jar" for many years. The sad part is that he seems to think that what he is doing is OK.
