The case of Marlon Brown: Execution or accident?

Editor's note: This report contains video some viewers may find disturbing

New questions about the autopsy of Marlon Brown. He is the Florida man struck and killed by a police car. The medical examiner ruled his death an accident, and the officer behind the wheel is not facing any criminal charges. But Brown's family is calling it an execution and demanding justice. The medical examiner at the center of the case may be familiar to those who followed the George Zimmerman Trial. 360's Randi Kaye has the latest.

unbelievable...the cop should be brought up on vehicular manslaughter. He was not even slightly applying his breaks and he was heading at him and the fence and the structure. I do not think he intentionally hit the man , but he was responsible for his death. Regardless of the reason he was being chased, even if he murdered someone he should not be run over by a police car and finally if a chase is that violent maybe for the safety of the public we should let them go and catch them later ,. you have their plate number... that could be and one of my family out for a stroll for god sake!

An EXTREME error in judgement on both parts. Then EXTREME delay in reaction on all the officers parts to try and save him. Nothing, there was NO sense of urgency whatsoever. 🙁

From the way the patrol car was pursuing him it doesn't look like they had any intention of stopping. The car was aimed directly at his body, rather than being positioned to either the right of left of him as he was being pursued. Also, even with a clearly visible fence approaching no move to brake the car was made. Marlon Brown deserved to be taken into custody but not to be run down. Had this been a white suspect I think the pursuit and/or coroner's finding would have been very different.

If the officer that chased and come to stop on top of Mr. Brown. Says it was an accident that he could not stop
why then did he not back up his cruser annd try to help him in that moment. he realized. his car was on on top of him.
I feel if he would have backed up instead of getting out or whatever happened. Mr.. Brown. would. not have died. the medical examiner said that machanical suffication of him would have took. minutes. for that to happen. so could he not just move his car?? Am i wrong to think this?
