The family of Marlon Brown is demanding a federal investigation after he was struck and killed by a police car. The incident was recorded by the dashboard camera. The family released that video after a grand jury declined to indict the police officer for vehicular manslaughter, and Brown's death was ruled an accident. 360's Randi Kaye has the story.
