Navy Yard shooter's encounters with police

Whenever a mass killer strikes, it often seems to come out of the blue. But in the days that follow, we often learn about warning signs that were missed. That appears to be the case after the Washington Navy Yard shootings. Deborah Feyerick reports on a recent incident, where the shooter told police he was hearing voices.
360's Gary Tuchman reports from the Navy Yard shooter's former home in Seattle, where according to a 2004 police report, he shot out the tires of a car belonging to some construction workers.
