New twists in the Syria crisis

The Senate is putting off plans to vote on authorizing military force in Syria. It comes after what seemed like an offhand remark by Secretary of State John Kerry. He suggested a strike could be avoided if President Assad turned over all of his chemical weapons to the international community. CNN's Dana Bash has the latest developments.
