I don't think anything more can be said about the wonderful, compassionate job Ms. Tuff did! but I believe kudos should also go to the police officers. I don't know whether we heard it all and we didn't see it but I was also hoping that they were not too rough on him as he was also fragile. I know they have to take charge of the situation, speak with authority and protect their own lives! They did not sound as rough as some arrest situations I have heard.
