"He made everyone feel special" Christopher Lane's girlfriend remembers

They started dating four years ago, now Sarah Harper is mourning the death of her boyfriend Christopher Lane. He came to the U.S. from Australia to go to college and play baseball. Police say Lane was shot and killed by teens who targeted him at random, and did it because they were bored. Anderson spoke with Sarah Harper, who talked about the Christopher Lane only she knew, his dreams and how she wants him to be remembered.

    I am outraged as well as deeply saddened by ttis latest act of mindless vilence. It is a senselles, cowardly &
    unforgiveable incident I am so so sorry for the loss of Christopher; I can't find enough words to express my sorrow & grief. I want Mr. & Mrs. Land, Sarah, his other family members & his many friends to know the majority of US citizens are loving & caring people who abhore what has happened to Chris. We keep you in our prayers & in our hearts. C. Berry, La Verne, CA. (p.s. It's no wonder the world in general, and most certainly Australia, regard the United States as
    reckless, & unsafe to visit. I'm surprised we"re not on a list of countries idientified as "enter with hightened awareness" & caution".)
