She's accused of murdering dozens of babies, but was convicted of killing just one. Genene Jones was supposed to spend the rest of her life behind bars. But a Texas law meant to alleviate overcrowding could allow her to walk free, just a few years from now. That law was taken off the books 1987. The news is a shocking blow to those who say Jones killed their children. Some of them are preparing to fight. 360's Randi Kaye has the story.

She's been in jail for 32 years. She is 63, what can she do now? Stop trying to get people riled up. Are you willing to pay to care for her for the rest of her life?
Maybe she can get a job babysitting your kids or grandchildren. How do you think she is going to support herself? taxpayers will be paying for her housing, food, and medical and she'll be free to do as she please. Since babies can't defend their self, then yea, I do get riled up that a child killer does not spend the rest of their live behind bars.
