Glenn Greenwald is lashing out at both the British and American governments after his life partner David Miranda’sdetention at Heathrow Airport. Greenwald said the incident was meant to intimidate him and all journalists. Anderson spoke exclusively with Greenwald and Miranda about what happened.     Sounds like he could have had data that would/could be valuable to other countries or organizations. Sounds like a valid stop to me. Although the 9 hour delay sounds much too long.

      I don't see how questioning him under an anti-terrorism law, telling him he could go to prison and telling his husband that he has no right to see a lawyer can be justified. Besides, the must have known there are plenty of copies of the material so it was pure intimidation anyway.
