Is Princes Diana's death a closed case?

Princess Diana died just about 16-years ago. Despite several inquiries that concluded her drunken chauffeur and the paparazzi chasing them were to blame, Scotland Yard appears ready to delve into a new conspiracy theory. This one suggests she was assassinated by British special forces. But some say however tragic, Diana's death is a closed case and should remain that way. Anderson spoke with CNN royal commentator Katie Nicholl and Lana Marks a close friend of Princess Diana.

The truth will never come out because the people involved are in high positions and are being protected. Such a shame.

I say leave it alone. She has been gone for along time now and let her rest in peace. Unless, her sons are asking more questions and they should be the only ones wanting more answers then they have been given. I'm pretty sure they just want their mom to rest in peace.

I welcome any new investigation into Diana's murder. I dont think we'll ever know the real truth, because it goes too high up the ladder. The boys must want to know the truth, just as we who remember her with love do.
