New questions about Miami police investigation

More than two years after police shot and killed Raymond Herisse, his family still has plenty of unanswered questions. Officers stopped him for reckless driving in May 2011, and ended up killing him in a hail of more than 100 bullets. CNN's Jason Carroll has a closer look at what happened, and why the investigation is taking so long.
