Snowden's father on FBI deal to visit Moscow

Edward Snowden's father Lon talks about an offer by the FBI to fly to Moscow and visit his son. Why he turned it down, and why he thinks his son should stay in Russia, at least for now.

It should not be a surprise to the Administration that the Russians granted asylum without notice, according to the statement made by Carney. Obama has not cultivated any real relationship with any leader of any foreign country. He snubbed Putin and Netanyahu and relations have been tense between Obama and key leaders since he took office in 2008.

This entire incident with the NSA and Ed Snowden should be viewed as an opportunity in foreign relations and it has been wasted...sad. Additionally, like Bruce Fein said on your show tonight, the official narratives and response from all concerned only serves to make it worse and distract from the real issues. I hope that Americans take Lon Snowdens advice and go the Snowden interviews on You Tube.

What an amazing father he is! My heart goes to Ed Snowden who gave up his life and family in order to reveal the truth. Ed is the man of integrity. God bless him and his family.
