Arkansas Jail Break... How did he do it?
The search is on for the prisoner who escaped from an Arkansas jail. He was caught by the security cameras, but not by the officer chasing him. How did he get away so easily? What do police know about where he is right now? 360's Gary Tuchman has the story.

Last week an escaped Arkansas convict died in a car accident running from police in Howell Co Missouri...same one?
Not hard to believe. As one in the field, many facilties allow broad access by inmates. Ive been in facilities where doors don't close fully due to air pressure, inmates make meals for custodial staff, inmates in programs are given freedoms as the are deemed low risk. looking at this video, doesn't surprise me and of course the agency blames a 3rd party, instead identifying their own failings
