How can Zimmerman prosecution withhold evidence?
I believe this man. It was all the politics that caused him to lose his job I am referring to the chief of police that was fired for not arresting zimmerman
Mark Gerogos was correct. Angela Corey prosecuted a 12yr old ass an adult (Cristian Fernandez) for murder. He was the youngest person to be charged with murder in Jacksonville, Fl. Fernandez was charged with killing his 2yr old brother. According to Corey, she wanted to charge Fernandez as an adult, because the juvenile system was inadequate to handle the defendant's charge; and that she wanted to initiate a plea from Fernandez.
If that was the police chief's son laying on the ground with a shot through the heart, would he had still let Zimmerman go..ABSOLUTELY NOT!
It seems to be that if Trayvon Marin frightened, he would have hung up with his friend and called the police instead. He wasn't frightened enough, i guess, because he kept speaking to his friend until there was a face-to-face confrontation.
If Travon Martin was so frightened, that some guy was following him with intent unknown, couldn't he have called the police?
Couldn't Zimmy "ID" himself when he was standing in front of treyvon? Or better yet, just stay in your vehicle and let the cops handle it. By the way, what would you tell your daughter to do in this same situation? Before you answer, how long do you think it would take the cops to get there before the strange man snatches her of the dark street and take here who knows where to do who knows what?
How can Zimmerman prosecution withhold evidence?
How come Zimmerman didn't go before a grand jury?
How come the arrest affidavit did not mention Zimmermans Injuries and was signed on the same day that Al Sharpton threatened a civil rights suit against the City of Sanford to the Attorney General in New York?
This seems totally unfair and sounds like false arrest to me
