The fact that this witness was so highly thought of and credible is more damaging to the defense that the prosecution was to have him admit to another position.......as if Trayvon were pulling away......remember, NO ONE saw the shooting and the position of the two at that time.....

I would like to say that Trayvon Martin was scared and fighting for his life too. Remember he called George "Creepy". If you call someone that(creepy), it means you are afraid of them. Didn't Trayvon have a right to defend himself from the stalker. If Zimmerman is found not guilty, won't this give the right to all Floridains(my word) to pick a fight if they don't like you. Then, when they are losing the battle, shoot and kill, and claim "stand your ground". That's the wrong message Florida to send out to your people. Zimmerman picked that fight, lost the battle and killed after losing. Trayvon didn't pick the fight, was innocent, and died. Does that seem fair. Notice I didn't say anything about race, because all this case should be about is that a young teen died at the hands of a "want to be police officer." America is sad when when we condone actions such as these. No lawyer any where should have taken on this case. It's one thing when you actually defend yourself. It's another, when you pick the fight and kill someone and claim "stand your ground."

Did Travon Martin have the right to defend himself.? Someone was fallowing him. He did not have a gun to shoot só he fought. If Travon Martin had killed George zimmerman because he was scared could him alleged selfdefense ?

It is my belief that Zimmerman is Guilty, because
    1. He could have followed Martin all the way home in his car.
    2. Not left his car (as instructed) and waited for a uniformed officer to arrive.
    3. When he confronted Martin Identify himself as a community watch officer,
Any if not all of the above had been followed neither Zimmerman nor Martin would have been hurt.
A weapon should be pulled as a last resort. If Zimmerman had remained in his car and had been attacked then he would have just cause to shoot. Zimmerman lost his just because, he got out of his car, Martin was not armed.

Just wondering why no one is considering a possibility that George could hold Tryvon's clothes pulling them away from the victim's body in case George was on top of Tryvon??????

The end of the day went way too late. The judge was very irritable and tired. She wants this case over. I feel she is not giving the defense the same time and attention that the state received She was reading most of the time while Mr West was talking to her . Very disappointed on her behavior tonight. She showed her feelings and got mad at the defense. She is to listen and be neutral at all times. Tonight she made it personal by getting mad at the defense and calling a recess for the night. I feel the defense was left hanging...She has been one sided all along for the State. Let's hope she gets a good nights rest and has a better attitude tomorrow. A mans life is at stake...Concerned in Florida.
