Attorneys spar over computer simulation

A crime scene animator explains how he created the crime scene reenactment of the fight between Trayvon Martin and George Zimmerman that the defense wants to show to the jury. On Tuesday night Judge Debra Nelson said she'll wait until Wednesday before making a ruling about the animation. Randi Kaye reports.

Watch our legal panel discuss whether or not it should be shown to the jury.

How could they allow this if they are missing important evidence, the victim. How can he recreate a scene when the other witness is dead and any info is coming from the guy on trial? I'm sure the rain altered the scene and he is reenacting a rainy night when he retraced the steps on a sunny day, again with only one side of the story. This is completely insane. I hope this is not allowed in court. If so, they need a new judge.

How can the judge let this come in don't nobody know who threw the first punch but Zimmermen and Treyvon. One is dead and one has change his stories so many times how can you believe anything that comes out of Zimmerman's mouth?

Does anyone realize that been on top does not mean you started the fight. It can also me that you were attached and you also defended yourself and in the middle of the fight you go the upper hand at least until you got shot.

who is on top or bottom to me is pointless to who started it.

    Hi Anderson,

Can you please ask your experts the following questions.

    1. While Travon Martin was struddling George Zimmerman so that his clothing would separate from his body by up to 4inc. where were Zimmerman's hands. If these hands were not on Martin's clothing causing his clothing to draw closer to his body.

    2. Have you ever been in a fight? Why could marks and injury on Zimmermna head not have arisen as a result of unintended injuries resulting from the fight i.e.rolling around on the concrete.

    3. Finally, who started the fight. 2-4 inches, swollen or fractured nose, Zimmermna voice or not, who started the fight and the aggression.
