How many times have we heard Zimmerman's call to the Police while going after Trayvon? Why has nobody mentioned the fact that you can tell Zimmerman was running up on Trayvon, he was panting. This also took place in a corridor of apartments, in the cool air of the night, when sound travels, so Trayvon probably heard what Zimmerman was saying, but did not know he was speaking with the Police. And why would he think Zimmerman was speaking to the Police, considering the language he was using? Trayvon stood his ground and tried to defend himself. A normal sane person runs away from danger and only uses a firearm as a last resort. Zimmerman did just the opposite. It just tears my heart apart when I see Mrs. Martin's face in court. What that poor woman has had to go through. It's wrong.

Am, I the only one who has noticed that Zimmerman is left handed, and the wound indicates a right handed shot from the ground & pound position?

I'm not American and I'm not clear on your judicial system completely....bottom line....Zimmerman followed the boy when he was clearly told NOT to follow him. This makes him the pursuer and Trayvon the prusuee. So if Trayvon had turned around and tackled him he was defending himself....the same reason Zimmerman gives for shooting Trayvon. If Zimmerman had done what he was told this trial would not be happening and Trayvon Martin would be safely at home. What a terrible thing to have happen. There is absolutely no reason why a gun was used in this case and who's voice is on the tape makes no difference.

Would we really be having this trial or discussing any of this had George Zimmerman listened to the 911 responder not to follow Trayvon? He was told not to do it and he disobeyed. What do we have police for if anyone can take the law into their own hands and disregard police policy?

Your panel keeps talking about the judge possibly instructing the jury for a lesser charge of manslaughter. Is it possible to get an explanation of the criteria for manslaughter in Florida? Secondly, Does the panel think that the prosecution has proven manslaughter?

Also, considering that Zimmerman is an adult and had identified to NEN that the "suspicious" person was a teenager, why didn't he handle it like an adult and approach Trayvon and identify himself and ask him if he lived there or what have you, he had the gun so I can guarantee he was not afraid, give me a break. He wanted to play cop and I am sick of people giving him excuses for killing this child. I am sure Trayvon was also in fear, he was also on the phone with RJ and 35 seconds after the phone disconnected he was dead. Zimmerman sought him out and Trayvon had every right to defend himself as well. Bottom line Zimmerman is a child killer who chose to kill instead of talk.

Watching the Zimmerman news report and one thing you did not mention, which is significant, is that Trayvon Martin did not have any of Zimmernan's blood on his sweatshirt sleeves at all, but Zimmerman claimed that Trayvon tried to smother him and covered his nose and mouth with his hand. I would think that blood transfer would have happened regardless of the rain and blood would have shown up on either the fingernails or shirt sleeves and would not have been washed off as Trayvon's hands were under him for the majority and it was only drizzling/misty just prior to and during event. Fabric would have soaked up the blood so therefore that is a major coup for the prosecution and proves that Zimmerman is lying about many things that happened that night, after all Trayvon is not here to defend himself.

Anderson Cooper is speaking to Lawyers about the technical aspects of the Zimmerman Trial. I am not a lawyer, and there are no lawyers on the jury. Lay people know that an innocent child was killed and it could have been avoided if the killer had obeyed the police and stop following Trayvon Martin. All of the legal talk and legal rules cannot change those facts. You cannot let a man kill someone under those circumstances a walk free.

hands over nose DNA, hands over mouth DNA, holding head twenty five slams DNA.

No DNA Somebody's story dosen't add up.
I certainly hope that these guys were appointed a side to debate, because if the tides were turned on the defendant and the victim I am CERTAIN THEY WOULD NOT HAVE THE EXCUSES they woudl not paint that picture, it even makes them seem so bias like they are showing us the two sides of the court system they call justice one for others that can explain away everything fear from someone with no weapon by the person with a weapon, Zimmerman is still living let him tell his story and let the evidence tell the dead boys story, let the other six tapes which should be brought into evidence for that night, they only said one camera was out what happened to the images from the other five why did we only see one camera view?. Why is it noone is expected to remember everything when it comes to Zimmeran and his supporters and it is a lie when others forget or have things similar to the exact words, why are some given the opportunity to clarify their original statements and others when they try to clarify their statements they are lying.

If Mark Zimmerman gets more than three years for this, your justice system is a joke. It would be laughable, were it not creepy. Anyone hear about the teenager who is currently in jail for saying something? Freedom of Speech – who are you kidding?
