It was NOT a coup. It was the Egyptian style of recall or perhaps impeachment. Different method ... same result.
Impeachment involves due process. This is what they don't want to live by. It's not part of the culture. If you want a democracy, then you have to live by the rules of democracy, which do not include ousting an elected president whether you like his policies or not. All of our presidents would have been ousted if we operated like that!
