George Zimmerman knew that he was dead. I believe a normal reaction is to stand back, and see if the victim is moving, or breathing. All that talk about sitting up and saying you got me and all that bull. His story is really starting to crumble. Lies are beginning to be uncovered. The prosecutions case is starting to come alive.
Question- Was Trayvon Martin, using a hand free cell phone. Because it seems impossible for him with two hands to have that many functions at the same time. When it also seems that he was talking to his friend we the gun went off.
It just seems slighted, that GZ's shool records, history and personal info is allowed, but not the recent behavior history of TM, who could have really been the physical agressor. I don't understand why GZ is being punished for wanting to be a law enforcement officer. This is why Neighborhood Watches will be far and few, because of fear by the volunteers, in case there ever is any incident, they could be labeled as cop wanna bes, as GZ is being portrayed. If there were no cop wanna bes, there would be no cops! Condo associations will steer away from Neighborhood Watches for fear of lawsuits, similar to the one the parents of Trayvon just settled with GZ's condo association. So the bad guys will win from this issue.
Big difference between the two, Zimmermans school has to do with his knowledge of the law and how he could have told a story to fit self defense. Trayvon is a kid in high school being suspended has no bearing on this case whatsoever, whereas Zimmerman's knowledge of law does.
Yes I do think GZ is telling the truth. I have had dispatchers ask a lot of questions, similar, as a neighborhood watch myself, as they are trying to get as much info as possible, and the caller wants to help. I am an older female whi has never been a cop wanna be, just a concerned citizen looking out for where I lived. No one has re mentioned in the news about Rachel's comment she told TZ to run, and he said he was almost home to hs Daddy's, and he was going to go around the back, when he saw GZ at the other end of the T at the street looking for a street sign, before GZ headed back to his car passing the T again. Trayvon, had to have doubled back and approached GZ. This will come out again when the defense calls witnesses, and in their closing arguments. IF Rachel's TESTIMONY is credible. TZ showed an agrgessivenss by going up to the car and circling it, and then re approaching GZ later at the T sidewalk.. He did not go home and stay there. I just don't see GZ's demeanor as agressive in this situation. Having TM come up to him from the shadows, being taller than him may have starteled him. It would have startled me.
In addition, I can understand the confusion of the street address. The street runs NSEW, and there are 2 others between.. People always assume the Neighborhood watch knows every address and part of the street. These people are just volunteers who try to help, on their own time, for no pay. GZ lived on the opposite side of the complex, and the one house he was already past had the address obstructed by a shrub, partway, as a witness testified. I really think GZ is a detailed individual, and wanted to give the best address to the PD, and went looking for it..
I also honestly believe if GZ had not defended himself the way he did, he would be dead, either beaten or shot by his own weapon, and a gun would be in the possession of a man who was 17 years old at that time. .
Dr. Valerie Rao all but said the injuries on George Zimmerman could have been self inflicted, his fist to the face. This is something I have been saying: a (self inflicted) injury or with the help of a (friend or neighbor) to keep him out of jail, because of the seriousness of the crime. The prosecution witness: Selma Mora testimony was Zimmerman got from on top of Trayvon Martin, and walk back to where the trash compartment were. Zimmerman had the opportunity to self inflict bodily injuries to himself, he knew he had to show a case of self defense if he had any chance of being release, from the crime and killing of Trayvon Martin. This case have every indication of a premeditated murder, Zimmerman had animosity in his heart he felt that (young black men) were responsible for committing crimes and (always get away) and he planned after seeing Trayvon walking pass his car in the rain, as an opportunity to make this black man be the one to pay (teenager). Zimmerman had a motive to kill and he did not in self defense but in cold blood and should not be given another opportunity to harm someone else.
How about the first guy who came out, Manelo, who asked him what caliber he used to kill Trayvon, he could have helped to make the injuries as well. Obviously a friend because he never bothered to go see if Trayvon was okay or if he could help, then about 30 seconds later cops arrive, more than enough time to make it look like he was beaten. All the blood you would think Trayvon would have had more blood spatter on his clothing or under his nails for grabbing Z head and pounding on ground and then smothering him covering his nose and mouth. Z is lying out of his teeth.
No. Don't believe Geo. Zimmerman. Only 3 streets in the apartment complex and as the head of the neighborhood watch he should have known them, plus for someone who couldn't see the door numbers and had to get out of his car to search, it was proven that you could look to the right there at his car and SEE one of the door numbers. If Travon pounded George's head as many times into the sidewalk as George has said, George should either have been knocked UNCONSCIOUS or be DEAD and his skull should have been cracked open. George had an "agenda" – using the word "suspect" and the fact he never wondered at the SCENE the state of Travon what condition he was in tells me he KNEW Travon either didn't CARE or KNEW he was dead.
Sorry about the last sentence I wrote – I meant to say that there at the scene when the cops came, either George didn't CARE about what condition Travon was in or KNEW that Travon was already dead........... I think that just about everything that comes out of his mouth is pretense and to make himself look GOOD.
I believe George. Anyone who has never screamed for their life wouldn't get it that you don't sound like yourself. I believe George was screaming . I think Trayvon doubled back because he was looking for a fight. However it was a perfect storm. George had a right to be suspicious when a kid is loitering in the rain instead of walking home. Trayvon had a right to not like someone checking him out, but he could of gone home if he were scared. I think he caught George off guard.
Question about the reenactment: Was George Zimmerman under oath to tell the truth during his reenactment? If not, that's a major flaw in his story!
Wouldn't the Miranda rights still apply? Unles a story is rehearsed, it will vary slightly, as experts have said, especially after some trauma.
