The courtroom clash continues between the defense and the prosecution’s star witness, Rachel Jeantel on Day Four. At first she seemed to have adopted a more respectful tone, but as the cross-examination continued, she took on a sharper edge with the defense who tried to discredit her testimony. Why are the commentators saying that the evidence seems to show that Trayvon Martin was the aggressor. It appears to me that Trayvon was winning the fight. If Mr. Zimmerman did not approach Mr. Martin with that false courage he had strapped to his side, this would have never happened. Zimmerman brought a gun to a fist fight. That false courage led him to approach. If didn't have that gun, he would have waited for the police.
The only person who felt threatened that night was Trayvon Martin. He is the only one whose actions truly show self preservation. The only actions that can be called self defensive are Trayvon's, the argument that Zimmerman felt threatened bs. If backed to a wall, you will defend yourself even if requires a first strike.
