Controversial anti-gay clinic closes

Friday on AC360 at 8 p.m. ET, Anderson Cooper will interview Alan Chambers, the leader of a controversial clinic that for decades promoted reparative therapy. Now, that clinic has shut its doors and is apologizing to gay people for the pain the program caused.

On Thursday's program, journalist Lisa Ling talked to Anderson about her interview with Chambers, and what he says his philosophy is now on changing people's sexual orientation.

And another bastion of TRADITIONAL morality crumbles. This world is going further and further down the road to perdition. I do not hate Alan Chambers for this, however. I pity him, that he was not strong enough to hold to the TRUTH and the WAY which the Bible teaches us. To say that one can be a good Christian and yet accept homosexuality is contradictory to Scripture. Leviticus 20:13 "If a man lies with another man as with a woman, both of them have committed abomination." It is impossible to make it any plainer than that.
