CNN's Dr. Sanjay Gupta says the biggest concern about Sarah Murnaghan's recovery is whether her body will reject her new lungs. The 10-year-old, who has cystic fibrosis, is recovering tonight after a six-hour surgery. Her parents fought so she could be eligible for priority on an adult organ list; the lungs she received were donated by an adult.

Tonight Anderson Cooper asked Glenn Greenwald of The Guardian to respond to the accusations that he threatened to disclose the names of CIA agents, and the idea he should face consequences for his reporting on Edward Snowden and breaking the story on the U.S. surveillance programs.
Republican Congressman Peter King said on AC360 Tuesday night if reporters linked to the NSA leaker willingly knew they were revealing classified information, they should be punished. Then today the lawmaker claimed Greenwald was threatening to reveal the names of CIA personnel, which King considers a direct attack on America. For that, King is calling for Greenwald to be prosecuted.
Greenwald calls King's allegations a fabrication.

A fast-moving storm system struck parts of the Upper Midwest hard on Wednesday evening, delivering blows to Chicago and many other communities before moving quickly to inflict damage farther east.
The Windy City itself experienced gusts that measured about 50 mph around 6 p.m. (7 p.m. ET), in addition to dime-size hail, the National Weather Service's Chicago branch said.
Cities and towns near Chicago were affected as well.
Anderson Cooper goes beyond the headlines to tell stories from many points of view, so you can make up your own mind about the news. Tune in weeknights at 8 and 10 ET on CNN.
