Every time the government gets caught with their hands in illegal activities they come out with the "keeping America safe" argument. Worked at the Boston Marathon, didn't it? If they actually knew how to prevent acts of destruction we wouldn't have incidents where shooters kill people (most gave warnings of some kind that were not followed up on), so Fleicher's argument holds NO water. They are moving down the road to a fascist government and don't think we're paying attention. NOW we're paying attention.
Is this video heavily edited, or what? The conversation seems to take place in pieces.

"When I am President, the first thing I will do is call in my Attorney General and say to him, I want you to review every Executive Order that's been issued by George Bush; whether it relates to wiretaps or detaining people or reading emails or whatever and go through every one of them. If they are Unconstitutional I will over turn them...2007...paraphrased.. Has everyone forgotten Obama's promise? I have not heard a word about it. I think that Media and Politicians are afraid of Obama and the truth will never come out or punishment for hurting America will never be seen in my lifetime. History will tell the truth only long after we are all gone. Sad! Washington is making life so much harder on all of US than it has to be.
Obama will be remembered as the president who not only broke promises, but intentionally lied when making them. As Obama supporters were repeating a mantra of "CHANGE," Obama was on a mission to ensure that all of Bush's worst policies were extended.

Having specialized in internet security more than 10 years ago and still in tech. I can tell you they have been watching the communication through the internet lines. That is why the encryption we use is restricted. For more than 15 years the rule is that the government must be able to decrypt the encryption within 7 seconds. This has been true for a long time!
