Moore superintendent on storm shelters
Moore, Oklahoma school Supt. Susan Pierce says she wants tornado shelters in every school but it's an economic challenge.

A few months ago I saw on CNN about a couple who bought a container from a shipyard. They made a house out of it in New York. They have an abundance of them for a low price. Why couldn't schools buy those, put them in the ground with a trap door on top. There could be a slide for the kids to get on to be able to enter fast. They may not be the best solution but would work for schools that have nothing.
