Let's not forget the victim here – Meredith Kercher. If Amanda Knox did not kill Meredith then she too is a victim, but Amanda is alive and free. Meredith is NOT.
What about the victim? Is anyone thinking about her? It seems they have found new evidence in Italy. they have a different legal system allowing them to go back to trial in such cases. This is not uncommon and can be done in many countries around the world. Amanda is a beautiful young woman and everyone seems to love her. I too fell empathy for her in case she is innocent. But doesn't the victim and the victim's family have the right to know the full truth even if it comes at this late date and even if Amanda is good looking and already wrote a book about her ordeal. Let's just think a little bit about the victim.
