I was in a severely abusive relationship for ten years that nearly ended in my death. My x husband received 16 years in prison for this. Not once during the weekly beatings did I ever think of harming my x, nor did I ever forget what he had done, nor what role I played in the matter. This many years later, I would like to forget, but still have not. There is not a moment in my life that I have forgotten any of it. I do not buy Jodi's battered woman story nor do I think other survivors would.
Jodi Arisa is sociopathic lair, calculating, crafty and self-centered. Also, she is expert on Art of Pleasure.
Nothing had happened at Alex's apartment at all. Jodi had weaned webs of lies..
My theory is Alex had told her that he did not want her anymore nor found her sexually desired that blew her pride out. And made her furious. Alex had moved on with nice girlfriend. She deliberated to kill Alex by planted a stolen gun in the middle shelf, not above as she had told jury. She set up scene in bathroom to cover up. She is murder!
Then she waited for Alex came home then shot him. She sett up scene in the bathroom to cover up. She is murder!
I believe most of what your saying did happen. Except for one thing. He was shot after he was already dead. Also this whole battered woman thing. He had defensive wounds on the front and backs of his hands. He also had slashes to the back of his head as though he may have been running away of putting his head down. If he was such a big bad guy then I believe he would have fought back. They determined from the autopsy when she shot him he did not bleed anymore because his heart had already stopped beating. Overkill.
