Nancy Grace and Jeffrey Toobin are in favor of the jurors asking Jodi Arias questions in court. Toobin says it proves the men and women deciding if Arias lives or dies are focused and paying attention.
The jury collectively submitted over 200 questions for the defendant. Mark Geragos calls it absurd to have an "interactive" trial that allows that type of questioning.

every time she is asked a question she looks at the defence like she wants help from them.
So now juror # 5 is in the court room for her 15min of fame, so now she will be on every talk show and we have to listen to more garbage about this trial.
I would like to know how Travis's body got in the shower and in the position he was in.
The reason Jodi was standing on he head, she said "something about her memory". Standing on your head makes the blood go to your head and could help her to remember.
Jodi said men like Martinez make her nervous. She seems fine to me and speaks right up to him.
She is a pre-meditated murderer and seductress. What - no tears for Travis. She has not shown once ounce of
remorse or compassion for Travis Alexander. She is a liar and I can't stand the way she keeps assassinating Travis
on the stand when he isn't able to be here to defend himself and after she is the one who murdered him so viciously!!
She is not an abused woman, at least not at the hands of Travis. I also think that she thinks she may be God's gift to men when in actuality hates men. This jury is smart, doesn't believe her lies and I believe will give her the death penaly. Remember in one of her interviews a few years ago she said if she ever killed someone like that she would seek the death penaly. A bit of self-fulfilled prophesy, perhaps!!
Other than the spoon spanking, why does Jodie hate her mother so much? Discipline is surely a factor with her spoiled attitude. She isn't shy. She is street wise. No one shy would be driving all over the country meeting men from Internet. When does she work, if she spends so much time running to nd fro California and Arizona? Her meager job couldn't support daily expenses hardly much less using o much time from work.
The only lunging Travis did was to get the gun or knife from her!,
Who does Jodi's makeup? Is it the defence to make her look naïve, and innocent ??.
Really...the question u have is regarding her makeup? Seems odd don't u think?
I thought from the medical examiners report that Travis was dead when he was shot. So how could he have been coming after her when she shot him?
I think every courtroom in America ought to allow juries to ask defendents questions. Granted, 200 might be a little over the top, but even just a single question from each juror – they could discuss prior to submitting amongst themselves behind closed doors – could make a difference in the case. Afterall, as a jurist, how is it justice to sit there, waiting for a crucial bit of information to come to light, only to go into deliberations realizing nobody ever asked the question that might have made up your mind.
I think so too.
