'Perceptive' jury questions for Arias

Nancy Grace and Jeffrey Toobin say they're impressed with jurors' questions for Jodi Arias. And Mark Geragos agrees with Grace on how Arias' claim of self-defense could hurt defendants in the future who suffer from battered woman syndrome. Anderson Cooper talks to all three about those issues and more in a lively discussion about the dramatic trial.

WOW!! JUAN MARTINEZ IS ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT IN HIS CLOSING ARGUMENTS, SO IMPRESSIVE!!
His descriptions of what happened & how Jodi Arias killed Travis brought me to tears... so powerful and painful... the brillliance behind quoting Travis Alexanders words – "your the worst thing that ever happened to me"!
Thank God for Juan Martinez & his skill at telling the story to the juror's – his style is EXCELLENT!
I saw men in the audience tearing up, listening as Martinez paints the picture can not, not, touch your heart. I love the details presented by Martinez surrounding Jodi's Lies, and all the BS spewed by her, finally getting called out on her lies and for the MONSTER that she truly is.

I believe Jodi Arias has chosen key words and expressions that are tailored to that of the psychologist witness.
Given that she's had interactions with the psychologist over the years and filled out a questionnaire presented by this doctor it's quite possible she not only lied to that psychologist but has taken advantage of the wording as well.
Her comment about recalling bit's and pieces is precisely the wording used by that doctor too.
Jodi is a piece of work! Good grief she'll stop at nothing, she changes her testimony to whatever will stick, as in Travis could of had the knife.

How did Jodi get up on the shelf, if it is not sealed to the wall it would slide out and she would have no solid shelf to hold on to, I have tried it and it is impossible for the shelf you are holding on to to hold you up. They should get a shelf made like that one and let her demonstrate it. If not solid to the wall or shelf it would pull out or tilt. Try it very hard to do if the shelf is on brackets . Joan

I am wondering why the jurors were not privy to the hacking of his account(bank or email, I cannot remember) and the slashing of his tires twice. I believe this is information that the jury should know.....it shows what kind of mindset she was in prior to the killing, one in which she was getting jolted by Travis and was stalking him....

I'm with you Shannon, if she paid cash for the gas can at Wal Mart and then returned it ,had her receipt (which she did because it is in evidence) they would give her cash back, but they would take the receipt circle the returned and initial it then give it back to her ,and that receipt did not have anything written on it,so she couldn't have got cash back like she stated. She never returned anything back at Wal Mart. Hopefuly he will call someone from Wal Mart to explain their policy!

i know as a long married woman that anytime my husband initiated sex even if i was asleep when he began i sure as heck woke up before he actually got very far. there is no way she slept through his advances and no way could that be considered rape because of her not consenting. besides that i believe she was always happy anytime a man wanted sex because she considered it confirmation that she was attractive and wanted.

I was just watching the prosecutor asking Jodi about the return of the gas can to Walmart and she said she received cash back – if she paid with credit card walmarts policy is to put it back on the credit card – not cash. Not sure if she used her credit card or not on that purchase but I thought it would be worth looking into as she lies through her teeth and I would not be surprised if she is lieing about this as well.

Concerning Jodi Arias, I've noticed she uses the term "attention" in that she enjoys the attention she received from TA as well as her other boyfriends. And isn't overkill (the multiple stabbings, slitting of the throat) indicative of a crime of passion. I'd hoped they would have hit that harder, although I haven't seen the entire trial.

The jurors ask Jodi if Travis could have moved the camera, but there is a picture of her dragging his body to the shower so how could he have moved the camera

If Travis owned a gun wouldn't he have a box of bullets for his gun. I don't know anyone who owns a gun and only has bullets in the gun and not extra bullets. It's not as if you buy a gun with the gun loaded.
