Arias: It's not OK to kill

CNN's Randi Kaye reports on Jodi Arias' emotional statements on the stand during redirect. Arias told the court about a marriage proposal over the phone and claimed she doesn't remember slashing Travis Alexander's throat due to memory lapse problems. And for the first time, she told jurors she wishes she could turn back the clock and make different decisions. Her defense attorney tried to prove Alexander controlled her and their sexual encounters.
