Jeremy Bush tells Anderson Cooper about the horror of discovering his brother and the contents of the entire bedroom had disappeared into the earth. Bush heard Jeff scream as he was swallowed by a sinkhole in their Florida home.
"My brother's bed, my brother's dresser, my brother's TV and my brother was gone," he says.
Bush tried desperately to rescue him by jumping into the hole and furiously digging with a shovel, but it was in vain.
At a news conference this evening, a specialist deemed the sinkhole "unprecedented," and said that it would get grow wider and deeper beyond the approximately 25 feet deep.
Tonight we'll have the latest on the ongoing efforts to control the sinkhole. Watch a preview of Bush's interview, and hear more about his brother at 8 p.m. ET.
