There is no way she climbed on his closet shelves to get a gun without disturbing anything. Those shelves have the little pegs that hold up each shelf. They would flip if you stood on them, and the little pegs would break because they aren't going to hold the weight of a person.
Since she cannot stop lying, and everything is a lie from the beginning, , who cares what she has to say. The forensics prove that she is guilty without a doubt and that it was a rage killing in cold blood, premeditated murder. Therefore, get on with it, and just give her the death penalty which she deserves. Why all the wasted time letting her perform her theatrics, and taking the jury down memory lane with her life story. Who cares?
