Steps to get things accomplished: Contact Joint Commission file a complaint, You have a right to information send a Freedom of Information Request to the Privacy Officer of the VA., Fie a complaint with Office of Special Council, and Send a complaint to the Secretary of Department of Affairs office in Washington DC. Then file a complaint with the Human Rights Commission, Noted many of the people running the VA(s) are Civilians and there is a lot of Nepotism .

The insult to injury will be when the loved ones seek redress. There, the Department of Justice will assume control of the matter and provide Westfall Certification so the individuals involved in the negligence and cover up never have to testify under oath. The victims will then be fighting the United States per se - and fighting for justice against their own tax dollars.
