Prosecutor will upgrade Pistorius charges
Oscar Pistorius apparently didn't call police after his girlfriend died, and may be charged with premeditated murder.

The wild speculation and misunderstanding of life in South Africa INFURIATES me. Until you've lived through break-ins, carjacking, life with bars on every window or an AK-47 or handgun pressed to your temple you can never know what it would be like to exist in fear, even in your own home. There is FAR more to this story and FAR more information CNN should expose about life in general in South Africa. It is nowhere near as safe, normal, and calm as life in America and yet every reporter and guest talks as if an intruder hiding in the bathroom is an unlikely occurance. I assure you, sadly it is not.
