Anderson Cooper talks to a friend of fugitive Christopher Dorner who went to college with the former cop suspected of shooting three police officers.
James Usera is mentioned in Dorner's long manifesto on his Facebook page. In part, he wrote to Usera, "Thanks for introducing me to outdoor sports...you even introduced me to PBR...I'm sorry I'll never get to go on that moose and bear hunt with you. I love you bro."
"When I first read it, I have to confess that I was somewhat flattered...it seems that I'm a person whom he respects," said Usera about his initial reaction to learning of the compliments from Dorner. "Going deeper and putting it in the context of this manifesto....it is shocking to say the least. Who wants to be lumped in to this kind of fiasco, frankly. It's beyond shocking."
Anderson asked Usera what he would tell Dorner now. The message to his old college friend: "Turn yourself in."

The coin with the three (3) bullet holes in it and the writing " 1 M.O.A. " = 1 MOA means 1 Minute Of Angle which means he can hit his target within 1 inch of where he is aiming at 100 yards, 2 inchs at 200 yards, etc..standard accuracy termonology.
Mr. Cooper,
I was just watching your show on tv and saw the duck taped odject or packet that had 1M.O.A. wriiten on it. You said that youand others said it stood for somekind of organization.
I would advise that it actually stands for "1 Minute Of Angle" which is a marksmanship term : {An explanation of Minute of Angle (MOA) as it pertains to firearm precision and sighting scope adjustment.}
Websight for explantion: {riflestocks.tripod.com/moa.html}.
Just thought that you may want to know this sense you keep and others keep saying that he has had both military and law enforcement training and marksmanship training.
