Andreu: Lance Armstrong is a chameleon

   Lance Armstong (grits for the mill) I'm not a sports watcher. However when some one comes along that is extra ordinary I look in. I've followed Armstong throught out his career. My say about this is no matter what the guy did or didn't do he's an extraordinary. He's left the all the rest in the dust. It seems they all had their hands in the cookie jar. When they got caught or just lost wanted to bring the best down so they started spilling the beans. When Armstong defended himself they all cried and pp in the pants. I'm not spend my time any more watch cycling. With all Lance Armstong has done I'll always hold him in high esteem. It seems to me the new media as well as his competitors are out to eat him alive. It's all wrong. Anderson I love you and your work. I appreciate all you've done and like how you approach the issues. However it seems to me you've been very after the pound of flesh along with the rest. About the ones he bullied. I see it that Lance was just protecting himself. Well I guess it would be just as clear to say I like Lance Armston.

   I am one of those "Lance Fans" whose allegiance you cannot understand or appreciate. Did Lance dope? Yes, as much as many of us did not want to believe it – he did. Did he lie about it? Yes, he did. Now here is where you and all other Lance bashers don't get it – So did every other major contender during that era. Yet, Lance prevailed time and again on an even playing field. He then went on to use his name and "celebrity status" to raise millions of dollars for cancer research, and saved many lives in the process. I am not aware of any other athlete who matched this effort and accomplished as much.
