Hi - I worked in Hebron with a nonprofit 12 years ago; currently live in rural Colorado and haven't bene back. I do keep tabs on the situation through nonprofit and alternative media. I don't believe there is such a thing as a 'normal' day for any Palestinian, given my travels throughout the West Bank and Gaza even then. I would love to someday see a story or series on the nonviolent work done in the WB village of Bi'lin. Googling it should pull up all kinds of info. It's not a primetime drama story, but an everyday nitty-gritty stopping the occupation from taking more land and homes kind of story - the difficult and most real part of the conflict from a Palestinian perspective.
can you please report on the fact that Israel is treating wounded Gazans in Israeli hospitals & sending in trucks of supplies & providing their electricity all while they lob rockets at Israel? Also-all thier talking heads complain about the blockade-can you imagine if they have this many rockets w/a blockade what it would be like w/o one!!
Also-the Hamas mouthpieces say that Israel has to negotiate w/Hamas-when was the last time that someone suggested that we negotiate w/Al-Queda? Also-please remind your viewers that their charter calls for the destruction of Israel-hard to negotiate on that point.
