Anderson Cooper describes the scene shortly after a Gaza office building is hit by an Israeli strike.
The building in Gaza City housed a center used by some media outlets. Sources tell CNN that journalists inside the building had been warned to leave several hours before the blasts. The same building was also struck on Sunday.
Israeli military forces say the strike targeted four senior Islamic Jihad members who were hiding in the building, including the information chief.
The IDF stated operation details via Twitter.
