What must happen to avoid fiscal cliff

CNN's Dana Bash reports on the motivation both parties have for preventing the fiscal cliff and the negotiations that have to happen in Washington.

    President must call for joint session of Congress. When all are present, declare Marshall Law and lock all lawmakers in the Capital building until they come out with an agreement on the Fiscal Cliff. Send in their meals and health care, but keep them locked up until they come up with an agreement.
