Both sides push videos before presidential debate
Two videos are making headlines just hours before the first debate between Mitt Romney and Pres. Obama.
A tape from the right is drawing fire from the left; the video shows candidate Obama speaking in 2007 to a group of black ministers at Hampton University in Virginia.
The other tape, from the left, is drawing fire from the right; it's a video of Paul Ryan delivering a speech at a dinner hosted by the magazine "The American Spectator."

Anderson Cooper is showing some bias toward the Republican talking points here... He shows several minutes of Obama from 2007, but less than 1 minute of Ryan talking, not even enough of Ryan's speech to show its controversy in context. Cooper's tone is as if Obama's words were recent, not from before he was even running for president. He doesn't mention this video was evaluated extensively years ago already.
On TV, the next 9 minutes was a right-wing analysis (with a guest from the ultra-conservative Redstate.com) of Barack Obama, his speech patterns, and questioning whether he was angry or racist. Roland Martin's connection was lost and his view never represented. There was no discussion of what Paul Ryan said AT ALL. No discussion of Ryan's view of the poor or of those who depend on governmental programs. These omissions are subtle, but but end up not telling the whole truth - being slanted.
To call this "BOTH sides push videos..." is more than misleading... this story is bias. A more truthful title would be 'The Right Pushes Old Obama Video to Get White Votes." Seems more like CNN is simply following FOX talking points. I thought CNN, and Anderson Cooper especially, tried to be impartial. Not anymore!
Biden didn't say that it is *Obama's* fault that the middle class has been "buried"; in fact, the Democrats allege that the Republicans in office - the ones we voted in, in 2010 - take up just enough seats to be responsible for the middle class "burial" through impediment.

This is the republicans fault .and CNN is in the thank with the Obana camps.
Real Clear Politics has shown a downward turn in the polls for President Obama each day this week leaving the President with the same margins he had before the Democratic Convention. I think the reality has hit that no President will win reelection from the endorsement of a former President's speech. Essentially, all the helium from the balloon has escaped the bloodstream and the squeeky voice is now only the voice of President Obama. This is not a popularity contest- it is a competency contest. As a registered Democrat, I believe President Obama's foreign policy and lack of comprehensive financial reform will lead to his termination.
Great coverage of the Obama 2007 Viedo, if you want to see it you will have to watch FOX News, wont bee seen anywhere else, everybody else is in the tank for Obama.

I urge everyone to watch the 36 min Obama video for themselves and make up there own minds. Don't listen to the spin on TV or the spin online. Watch the UNCUT video. And vote wisely.
