Sex assault victim threatened with jail time for tweet

Savannah Dietrich identified her attackers on Twitter because she was outraged at the lenient plea bargain the prosecutor agreed to without her consent. The teen boys pleaded guilty to felony sexual assault and misdemeanor voyeurism. Their sentence was 50 hours of community service and a diversion program, which if completed, could clear their criminal record. CNN's Gary Tuchman reports on the case, and how the judge modified the plea deal late Friday.

they should be in jail and have a criminal record. otherwise we'll end up with more horror stories like those kids who gang raped a girl, killed her, then burned the remain. A whole generation seems to be going nuts

and what's with the threat of jail time on the victim. I recall a case few years ago when cops, answering a call of a woman raped by her ex husband was forced to get naked as the cops filmed. they then proceeded to strip search her, and yes that involve putting fingers where you think in case she's hiding weapons there. all this on tape. I wonder how much they made from selling to pornsites, or maybe they just used the adds program on youtube ?

disclaimer: I'm not pablo escobar 9P, but that name fit those kids behavior, and the cops behavior of threathening victims.

If this child goes to jail , this Judge should seriously never consider, running for office ever again. Women across this Country, will be Justifiably, enraged.

I can assure you that it won't be just women who are outraged.
