I saw a few seconds of this segment. The business owner made the claim that 50% of people pay no taxes. CNN does a horrible job presenting the public with accurate information. A good segment would have informed the public about all of the tools like the Small Business Association for business. Instead, we get this desperate attempt to score points in Fox Nation by presenting misinformation from right wing blogs. This show has a keeping people honest segment. What a joke. Most troubling are the young people exposed to this constant barrage of hostility and misinformation from GOP leaning news.
The gentleman with the Italian restaurant was spot on! I know, I have been a restaurant owner/operater since Bill Clintons'(hint) awesome economy. Besides getting taxed to death, we little guys always pay more for product than the big guys. Working your own business 7 days a week really IS necessary to survive today.
