Why does AC seek to appear to be in peril, instead of covering the people who are living the situation? Does the newsman have to be the center of attention, or does the story merit standing on its own value?

OK...this hurricane coverage is exactly what the right predcted, overshadow and interrupt anything to do with the convention to cover a bad rain and wind storm. I lived in Florida during Charlie, France, Jean, Ivan, Wilma. CAT 4&5's

First Katrina was a CAT 5 not a 2-3. This is a CAT 1 at best....in most hurricane prone parts of the country people arrange to get togehter watch out for each other and have a part for a couple days. If 10 bllion dollars didi not fix the levees we are in beigger trouble than I ever imagined.

Watching Cooper on hurricane news.... Does the camera shot really need the the excess water running off behind them to make it appear like they are in the storm, lame.

Just report the news and show things how they are not how the show/shot will look better.
