Thanks for the great story! It's is painful to see that our government policy is killing the hardworking, honest small business who are trying to create and keep much needed jobs in America! I am a small business owner, and owns a dry cleaner that is about to got out of business. Our hanger prices have gone up 50% since beginning of this year. Our suppliers told us that the government imposed 50% plus tariff for hangers made from China, and they could not find any commercial manufacturer in the US who make the same types of hangers.
I believe what needs to be done here is a ruling that if you can prove you tried to use AMERICAN MADE solar panels
and that they are proven to be too expensive or unreliable, you should be given an import tax exemption. Does not do this contry any good to put people out of work just because we Americans cannot make a reliable and cost effective product. How many jobs are really being saved if no one is going to use faulty and unaffordable solar panels???
